As advertised on dell's website about price match, I tried to purchase a camera, and not only was denied but very rudely, was told that if I was going to buy it from dell at the price they have it to go ahead and buy it, if not to go buy it somewhere else. I had a problem with my computer on the 6th of October. After more than a month with endless calls to get it fixed, Dell told me that they were sending me a computer compatible with the one I had. Dealing with Dell has been a nightmare. I've made many purchases with Dell using their deferred payment plan. I've paid off 2 bills. But I didn't realized, even if you pay your balance off before deferred billing, informed by the reps the bills not separated; you're still charged the interest. My payments never goes down.
