Purchased a dell in sept 2013 which system crashed in May 2014. After numerous calls they finally agreed to replace the computer. In June 2014 I got a New computer from dell under the warranty. Today march 14 2015 it crashed . Won't boot up. After 3 hrs talking to idiots who just recite word for word the log that they have these monkeys read. I purchased a laptop from Dell and received it on 2/16/15. Their warranty is for 30 days and I started to have problems 35 to 37 days. The CPU was running at 100% for the first few minutes and then dropped down to 5 to 10 %. I've been working with Dell support for 2 weeks (sometimes 4 to 5 hours). I bought a laptop dell inspiron at staples for $399. My credit card information was stolen and the fraudsters order a new computer on my credit card. Dell became suspicious when the shipping address didn't match the credit card and called me. I informed them of the fraud and asked for where the computer was to be shipped. (Seems like the best information to nail the bastards.) I bought 2 Dell laptops totaling over $2500.00. When I placed the order the sales rep. stated I have 12 months no interest if paid in full within the 12 months.
