I have OfficeMax store credit more than $600.00 and I want laptop .every time I going office max store his say I don't have in stock . And don't have wear house and not any store . First of all I am not one to complain especially online but DELL has truly pissed me off. I ordered a laptop for my son to take to college and was trying to use a $79.00 promotional gift card. My I660 worked fine for 10 months and then began to crash repeatedly. Dell was decent for a few years, so I bought a new laptop last January. About a month ago it stopped charging. I got my Dell computer last year it has not worked right since I got it parts sent back and forth from Dell that still don't work my warranty is about to run out and the computer is still not working so now I have to send my computer back in again they don't want to give me an extended warranty because they know the computer is faulty so they know its going to break down again so I'm trying to... dell is billing me for payment of an invoice. I have a Dell Preferred account and when I ordered I instructed them to charge to that account. I have now made 14 separate phone calls to Dell and spent in excess of 2 hours on the phone worth no resolution. Seems pretty simple to me. I placed an order for TV for my boy friends birthday and I specifically said TV should be delivered by 06/01 and those liars in India promised that it will be delivered by 05/29. the only way dell will help with a problem is asking for money.No more dells tried to upload windows 8.1 dell wanted money to fix issue my computer warranty is also in effect. Never will I buy another Dell product. The first disaster was with Yogi, Dell's Mumbai vendor which crashed my old computer in attempt to transfer my files. They're more busy trying to sell virus protection than servicing the product you bought with the computer to transfer files.
