LOGGING IN TO SEE MY ACCOUNT

Everytime I try to log in with my account number the message I get is that is not a valid number. I took the number off of my lay-a-way receipt for my DELL laptop computer. I send my payments in time so please help me. I am paying in good faith that I will have the computer. Please let me know what is going on. I don't want to try to buy anything else until I see how you handle this and how fast you guys send out the merchandise.
