Dell double-billed my checking account and lied about it when they were caught. I had to fix the problem myself after they refused repeated requests to help. These are the most vile, evil people I have ever seen, and I spent a career as a vice cop.

I bought two laptops direct from dell company. One is dell inspiron 1545. Date of purchase 04-20-2010.my stuff last me many years since I handle it with tender loving care. But after having multiple problems and changed 3 new western digital hard drives. We recommend not to buy any dell products. Dell send viruses to damage all our hard drives and want us to buy another new lap top

Xps 15 broken when I opened box. Horrible customer service. I put the Microsoft word on the computer. Won't get that back. Takes forever to speak to someone, they connect u to someone else. Total joke. Buy Apple. Dell is just a huge joke.
