Dell computers is a rip off. My daughters $900 gaming laptop worked great- until 1 day after the warrenty expired. She hadn't even been using it a year. When you call Dell about all they can talk about is your warrenty and they do nothing but try to extort more money...Read more

Dell - Horrible
Ordered laptop, they cancelled after claiming to have problem with my payment method . Instead of sending me cancellation email, they sent an email saying it went through. I wanted it cancelled because I no longer trust them. Will be watching credit card. Worried about being scammed.

Dell - Advertising dropbox
Dell advertises DROPBOX. A place to drop photos. Dell is to great to advertise such a company that won't give free trials but advertises they will. Point phone at your computer and wait. LOL. I did that?. I was so mad til I relised the problem. I was trying to see how good it was before suscribing. Jokes on Me. Makes DELL look bad.

I just had yet another frustrating experience with dell. I don’t know where it is acceptable in any company to be hung up on by 2 different reps. Also when you want to send a formal letter of complaint there isn’t any email that you can write. I am finally done with this company and I am going to share this with everyone I know. —
