I placed an order for over $400 and received a Thank You For Your Order on the website. I never got a confirmation e-mail. When I tried to look the order up online it said it was not valid. I have checked two days and my credit card has not been hit. The customer service rep said no order exists and to keep checking my card.

I have always bought Dell and have no issues other than customer service. I have spent countless hours chatting, calling, emailing only to be disconnected or not with the right department. My recent laptop purchase on day one..right after set up, had a pop up virus saying microsoft and windows have been disabled and to call a number (i don't think so).. charged overnight, it then had a pop up that said battery dead, replace. Good luck getting through to customer service with the right department! And they are charging me monthly for a warrantee I didn't sign up for! My previous purchase of a laptop consisted of them sending it to me and a week later I bought a Xbox gift card with my rebate. I got that and two tablets in the mail. I spent 3 hours screaming on the phone because I couldn't understand them, i didn't have the right department or I got randomly disconnected. When I finally got through, they offered me a discounted price for them of 80.00 each. I ended up buying them but man didnt that *** me off! How sneaky!

Their service does not include English speakers 20 min on phone explaining one issue and was disconnected i never received a reply to my issue They do not have an email you can send your issue through, forced to use a pitifully phone service that will frustrate you to no end trying to get them to understand you. Their online phone chat send tab is nonfunctional. Never got a reply to my issue Do not buy dell if you ever think you may need their customer support

I bought a brand new Dell laptop and it is not working it's been months they have claimed to ordered a new motherboard for it. But they keep canceling the order and saying parts are backed up for this computer sounds like it's a defect in the laptops they are selling why not just replace with a new one. I spent over $1,000 for my laptop. If I don't get a new laptop on my reimbursement for my funds . I am a hard-working black man I am about to go to social media all networks and display the treatment from Dell customer service.

Delivery

I purchased for my device to be delivered by Tue. 17th of Aug and didn't receive it. It was the option that was offered to me and was told it was picked up the next day to be delivered, which isn't my problem. I thought the delivery would have been honored since I paid for it; that specific date shouldn't have been a choice if it wasn't going to happen.

Power cord computer plug issues

There is an issue with the power cord and the computer plug. I purchased a pretty expensive computer from Dell, which is only about 2 years old. I replaced the power cord January 2021 and now having the same issue. After contacting Dell and was told I would need to spend another $96.29 for another cord. In order to get the cord to work I have to get an something to lift the cord. This is ridiculous! I am aware that others are having the same issue.

Problems with Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Extremely slow to start up

Purchased this laptop late January 2020 ($340.00) and use it 2 to 3 times a month. It was slow from the beginning and has got horrible in the last few months, it takes about an hour from start up to be able to do anything on it. After it does start up I never know what it is going to do, I have contacted customer service several times they try to help. Sometimes it will work fair for a while and RIGHT BACK TO THE SAME THING AGAIN! So bad at times I want to take a hammer to it break it into thousands of pieces and mail it back to DELL. I have spoken to several supervisors, bottom line $99.00 for operating system upgrade. NO! *** NO!

Dell is far by the worst company: both in product and in customer services. I recently purchased the Dell XPS 15 9570 for about 2000 USD. Worst investment ever. I bought it for the specifications, from the description yes, it seems great but clearly, Dell has no idea how to assemble the hardware ad software. Clearly, they do not test their products before releasing them. The Dell XPS I have continues to restarts randomly ad daily. I keep getting variations of Blue Screens Error Message primarily due to hardware issues. (thank god I am typing this on my Macbook, I just glance over at my Dell and it literally just happened as I write this review, I am happy it happened so I ca share with you the failure code message: Stop Code: Driver Power State Failure) Once it reboots by itself enough times in a day, you can get locked out of your of the computer for over 2 hours. Some safety protocol, I don't understand why. I purchased this computer in July 2020 and the warranty on Dell system states that it expired June 2020. So I cant get it fixed or repaired with getting the extended warranty for avg cost 350 USD, they have two separate offers). Everything above is just about the product itself. Now Customer Services. They have several departments all for different products and different sub-department. The most unprofessional thing is depending on your level of warranty you can wait more than 30 mins until a representative can assist you. Most likely the technical representative will inform you that you are talking to the wrong technical department and will refer you to someone else in the "correct" technical department. Only to have that person to give you information that doesn't help you and transfer you back to the warranty sales department. Its a maze. In summary, I am out 2000 USD for a Dell XPS that doesn't work as it should and with customer support that really don't care to assist you. Dont buy the computer, it's the worst decision you will ever made.

We purchased 2 Dell Gaming Laptops (G3 15) August 2020. First laptop DIED after 8 months and second laptop died after 9 months. Motherboard dead. After returning laptops in for service, keep receiving emails that parts unavailable. Expected date for repair keeps getting punched back. Request full refund, or a new replacement: request denied. So stuck.

Purchased a new $5,000 Dell/Alienware Aurora R11 in November 2020. After using the computer a few times the power started to turn on/off inadvertently. The power problem then led to flames actually sparking from the motherboard. The flames caused smoke to fill the room and gave off a strong electronic burning smell that filled the entire house. Dell has admitted the fault but does not have the part available. After spending no less than 12 hours of calls and emails I have not made any progress to resolving the problem. I have been transferred between departments dealing with incompetent customer service that does nothing except apologize that they cannot help and transfer the problem to another department. Is there anyone at Dell/Alienware that will take responsibility and solve my problem?

Faulty/dysfunctional Dell laptop

Purchased Aug 2020 and it started "freezing" up and became very slow less than 8 months later. Went through every level of support Dell had to offer over a 10 day period and finally support team said they couldn't fix it and they would refund the $99 I had paid for repair. But I want a refund for the machine as it is not suitable for sale since they said it could not be fixed due to the technology of the machine. REALLY! These are the related service orders :SR#105911**** and B1KMB53. Anadita Mehta worked on this for 5 days with me before giving up (05/10,05/11,05/12 and 05/13 when her supervisor said nothing more could be done. Spent $530.23. The time and frustration has been tremendous plus $$ I spent with others to look at it over a 3 week period total. Please tell me you can give me some relief by refunding my purchase price. Bought a dell in 2021. When the system is inactive for 20+ minutes, a scan starts, forcing a reboot. Called 4 times, getting a different resolution each time. None worked. The fifth time, they sent a link to a manual and said we had to do it ourselves. Now they tell us, there is nothing else they can do, and we should re-install the operating system. Never buying Dell again. Stay

Dell has employees that are as stupid as a doorknob. Stupid M. F*ckers. Charge my credit card before arrival only to be told that it would take 6 weeks for laptop to arrive. I go to Walmart,purchase a laptop, try to notify that I want to cancel only to have it show up at my door. India people should stay in their homes which are holes in the ground.
