Dell is still manipulating the events and still challenging the Formal demand that was sent to their legal department 4 months ago. unfortunately, Dell employees are dishonest and it seems that Dell is guiding them to follow these manipulative and abusive approaches to minimize and avoiding the loss that Dell technologies could carry. there is a formal procedure (Claim) against Dell for the events that happened from November 2019 until July 7.2021.

Dell continues cheating the services requests opened. as well as manipulating the formal notice sent to their legal department where a legal procees againest the company is still in the process

Dell, unfortunately, has the worst quality of customer service, unqualified employees, lack of communication and linguistic skills to deal with their customers. It's almost hard to reach; I may spend the whole day on the phone to contact Dell service numbers.

The results are "unanswered calls, abandoned, dropped, impolite attitudes and a complete mess to get the process done" apparently the sole objective of Dell is generating as much as they can without looking to customers rights or quality of their product offerings, ignoring the legal guarantee as well as their warranties. I almost went into seven purchases with Dell since 2016, and all of the seven assets are defective!Since November 2019, I have started to discover many latent defects with many of Dell's various products. I have found a hidden fault in Dell XPS 9350- Service request number: 8PLLJC2 since Dell sales employees provided me with a wrongful incompatible Dell monitor (P2419hc) that did not work with the laptop. The monitor led to another new purchase of their various products as a compatibility solution.

I started with the third purchase of Dell Docking station Tb16; I discovered a defect with Dell Docking station Tb16 twice (as I bought the same item two times) while Dell technical support ignored its warranty as 1st-time ignorance of Dell commitment toward its legal guarantee.

The main issue of Dell XPS 9350 Service request number: 8PLLJC2, purchased in October 2016, held a 1st latent defect discovered and ignored by the Dell technical support team during the purchase of their Dell monitor (P2419hc). other negative experiences face with other trials of different defects with recent other purchases of Dell XPS 9310

Dell is a suspicious company that has the worst and unreliable products, false advertising and low performing laptops. whenever you try to contact their customer service they either drop your calls, manipulating your cases to get rid of their responsibility and avoid of any liabilities against them.

Write their names, record their call and document evey email, so you can protect yourselves from their games "their names they use are not real, so be aware and record every event behind them!"

Monetary Loss: $6277.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Dell Pros: No pros, Past computers were reliable, Past history was a solid brand name.

Dell Cons: Cheaters, Thieves, Rude customer service not knowedable of products, Worst service in my life, Useless tech support.
