Dell - Bad Customer Service
I ordered a laptop, printer and software on Nov 25,2011.After a week I called for status on products.
I was told that the order was delivered. After review, DELL crossed my order up with another person, charged my Dell perfeffed account for the items but shipped the items to another person home. I reordered the products on Dec 12 2011. DELL promised me that I would receive the laptop in 3 business days.
As of today Jan 4, 2012. I have not received my laptop. Dell told me an estimated delivery date Jan 17, 2012. I have called to express my dissappointment in DELL service.
My new order has a 27.00 discount for my delay. LOL. Each time I call I talk to people in India who I cannot understand. They are not accustommed to compensated customers for incoveience.
I am soo mad at the situation.
If I did not have a Dell account my order would be cancelled.Poor choice to close jobs in US
