On their Labor Day pre-sale and item was advertised and when I made my decision to buy, it was sudddenly not available. ($949 computer for$699 computer -$250 price reduction)
This was two days before the sale was to actually begin. When I contacted Dell, they said the warehouse was all out of the computer in question, and in fact, they had to cancel some orders.
Who makes a big deal of advertising a product prior on a three day sale with only a couple of the sale items in stock?
Bait and switch is all it is (with a very weak, insincere apology). Get you to call and then all they have are full price alternatives.
Reason of review: Bait and switch.
