I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series laptop at the end of April 2017 and I had to send the computer back to Dell in October to have the Fan, Heatsink, and Main Logic Board replaced. When they sent me the computer back, I contacted them and explained that my computer didn’t sound right and I was assured that it was fine.

Now, 11/22/17, my computer will not turn on and I was told by a Dell tech that my Fan and Heatsink might need to be replaced again. I am frustrated because I explained to them that they sold me a defective computer and they refuse to issue me another new computer. I spent a lot of money on this computer and I feel helpless and swindled out of my hard earned money. P.S.

The video I posted is from today (11/22/17).

The computer made that noise and was frozen. It wouldn't turn on after it shut off.
