Delivery

I purchased for my device to be delivered by Tue. 17th of Aug and didn't receive it. It was the option that was offered to me and was told it was picked up the next day to be delivered, which isn't my problem. I thought the delivery would have been honored since I paid for it; that specific date shouldn't have been a choice if it wasn't going to happen.

User's recommendation: go with the free delivery and save your money.

Order cancelled on your end

People were courteous and completely incapable of solving the problem. Shunted from one person to another; Kumar to Verification; waited for 15 minutes on line to speak to verification; then back to Kumar; then to sales. Told Verification called me to verify order and could not reach me-they did not call. I will never do business with Dell again.

Bought a new computer, now have to pay 100 a year to use the damn thing. BAD REVIEW

Bought this computer to replace an older oneI am NOT a business, I do write a lot. In order to use this hunk of junk, NOW DELL requires a ransom of 100 dollars a year just so I can use my old files OR write new ones.I can play game and *** like that, but NOT what I bought it for.

Wrong information provided by DELL Sales team for warranty and now they don't support

I bought a laptop from DELL USA. Laptop gets too hot and works too slow. It has been only 25 days, bought the laptop. I keep on travelling around the world so specifically asked DELL sales if the laptop which I'm purchasing will have the international warranty and response was yes you will get the international warranty and I don't need to pay extra amount. Now When I tried to troubleshoot with DELL technical support they inform me my LAPTOP doesn't have international warranty, I have to pay more money. If I had purchased that warranty while buying the laptop, then it would have been low. I'm getting the feeling that DELL has CONNED. DELL is a fake and CON company. No

Dell do not on FIFO

I had confirm with my firends and SNS, Dell is not deliver orders on FIFO. people whom order Alienware R12 later than me, the spec they choosed are same as mine but with extra warranty. Are getting their orders before me! and my status is still under "in production" after a month! I provided evidence to customer service and ask for explanation and they are ignoring me and not replying me.

Pending order

I placed an order for over $400 and received a Thank You For Your Order on the website. I never got a confirmation e-mail. When I tried to look the order up online it said it was not valid. I have checked two days and my credit card has not been hit. The customer service rep said no order exists and to keep checking my card.

Connecting mounter to router

Customer service

I bought a brand new Dell laptop and it is not working it's been months they have claimed to ordered a new motherboard for it. But they keep canceling the order and saying parts are backed up for this computer sounds like it's a defect in the laptops they are selling why not just replace with a new one. I spent over $1,000 for my laptop. If I don't get a new laptop on my reimbursement for my funds . I am a hard-working black man I am about to go to social media all networks and display the treatment from Dell customer service.

User's recommendation: Don't spend your money on Dell laptop they are selling defected products. And will not fix or replace the brand new product spend 3 months they have been giving me the runaround.

I have always bought Dell and have no issues other than customer service. I have spent countless hours chatting, calling, emailing only to be disconnected or not with the right department. My recent laptop purchase on day one..right after set up, had a pop up virus...

Canceled order..... it was that BAD

Order was put on hold by verification department. No idea why. Just google, Dell order on hold. This has been a problem for years. Do not order a Dell product.

Very bad customer service

Bought a dell in 2021. When the system is inactive for 20+ minutes, a scan starts, forcing a reboot. Called 4 times, getting a different resolution each time. None worked. The fifth time, they sent a link to a manual and said we had to do it ourselves. Now they tell us, there is nothing else they can do, and we should re-install the operating system. Never buying Dell again. Stay
