My "new" refurbished 9560 which is less than eight weeks old, has a faulty screen/hinge. I am pretty disgusted with Dell right now (prior to this incident I was one of their biggest supporters.

I have had two support people tell me, before I was able to finish my sentence, "screen not covered, call out of warranty for service" Talk about a *** feeling, I just spent 1300. on a laptop that is broken and even though I purchased it via Dell Outlet, I am still screwed.

This was not the result of mishandeling, this is a defect in the screen, hinge, or Dells refurbishment process. What I'm really baffled by is Dell's extra accidental coverage which touts fixing of "Damaged or broken LCD due to a drop or fall"???

Product or Service Mentioned: Dell Xps 9560 Laptop.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Preferred solution: laptop repaired.

Dell Pros: I like the computer.

Dell Cons: Warranty coverage.
