Dell has the worst customer service ever. I bought a digital camera online and even purchase a 2 year accidental coverage.

When my camera was boken, I call the customer service on the invoice, I was passed from one department to another. I spent more than two hours on the phone. Then I tried to call again and the same thing happen: passed from one department to another. Two days has passed I have not been able to get into with a customer service yet.

I am so mad and upset I am taking a break.

I saved a few dollard on the price, but it is not worth at all. I will never buy anything from Dell again!

Monetary Loss: $380.
