I purchased the laptop computer at Best Buys on 4.26.12. I computer started failing after ONE and the hard drive failed after TWO months.

I returned it to Best Buys where I purchased it at. They took the computer and sent it to Dell for repair. After more than 2 weeks of repair the computer repair was done. The repair was done wrong and now the second time it is going back to Dell.

Best Buy said that it will take 3 weeks for the repair this time. All together 5 weeks!

I do not have the product I purchased. Nobody is willing to replace it!
