I was contacted by Dell Service Tech to see how my computer was working. He had all my personal information about this lap top computer and about myself.

I had talked to this guy back in July, 2017 to check on my computer. When he called my computer was locked up because of a password issue. He offered another computer for $300.00. I was to buy a Stream Gift card for $300.00.

This was my big mistake, but his call came in from Dell Tech SVC. and I had talked to him back in July. So I thought he was will Dell. Purchased a gift card and called him back with the card numbers.

A hour later he calls back that there is something wrong with the card and to send another $300.00. This I did not do and I have lost $300.00.

How do these people get the information from Dell? How can you trust Dell if they share customers computer information

Reason of review: Fraud and Scam.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

He wasn't with Dell. You were scammed, as I am sure you realize.

You have learned a lesson, altho it has cost you $300. This is how we learn.
