Lately my nightmare of a laptop from Dell has been running at Pentium 1 speed, so I called customer service for guidance on how to put some pep in its step. Low and behold I was transferred to the continent of India.
I don't care what anyone says, what those people were speaking was not English. The message on my nightmare laptop reads that I need to insert my Windows disc so that it can reconfigure. Problem is that I was never sent the Windows disc.
Dell's solution: charge me $120 because they never sent me the Windows disc. I paid $588.99 for this hunk-a-junk and now they want an additional $120...I should have bought an iPad2.
