Spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone to order a power adaptor for Inspiron 9300 -- gave Dell customer support the laptop model and even the serial number.One week later (talk about delayed gratification), received the adaptor -- THE WRONG ADAPTOR.

Spent 2 1/2 hours being passed around and disconnected, having to retell the problem in detail at each stop onlyh to be transferred AGAIN. This was Dell's mistake but Dell will neither expedite the shipping of the correct power adaptor nor credit my account until they receive the adapter they sent in error -- I am now out the cost of two adaptors, shipping and aggravation.

Dell guys -- if you're out there -- I will never EVER buy a Dell produc again.

And it will be my great pleasure to advertise my displeasure with the way you treat your customers.My regards to all the useless folks in India!

I have just about had my computer for a year, and my charger has gone. It wont charge my computer anymore.
