Dell Bios Update cost me $150 to fix

Best Buy - Impossible to reach tech support with Geek Squad

I am really upset with Geek Squad. I have tried calling Geek Squad for computer tech support of which i have a 3 year contract and have been told for over 8 plus hours that all circuits are busy. How can this be? This is totally ridiculous. i tried chatting yesterday with someone who seemed totally incompetent and or too dumb to read and or understand my texts to her. So i got frustrated and ended the session because i didn't want to give her access to my pc.

Should not have bought a dell

Should have gotten something else. The first morning I went to use it got locked out and had to call customer service which is not in America. They tried to sell me a plan for things like this !! Over $300 are you frigging kidding me!! Said I am returning the pos and they helped me for free. Two hours later I could get on my computer. I am not the most tech savvy but it is ridiculous. I just turned on my computer and have a 1/2hr of updates before I can get on. Their computers are not user friendly unless you have a degree in computer. NEVER AGAIN! Ok this needs to be 100 words and I am already passed off come on

Dell - 90 day old XPS gose down.

My C.P.U. fan went down. I called dell we ran through some test and verified it was not working. I had to talk to a manger to get some one to fix it. Pakistan typical manger what happened to it did you do this? After the third degree he told me it would be best to send it in and they will send a box to ship it back in. When it came back it was in bad shape key board would not work. Mother board had gone bad. By this time 9 days or went by. Then they would send out a technician Over price warranty I guess it was worth it. It took five days to have some one come out and never seen this type of XPS before. He did his best got back together. There was a three hour test that should have been run he did not do it. I ran the test the next night when I was doing other things. It fail with in 20 minutes called (Dell premium support) got know where with them. It dose work so far but I am waiting for the problem to *** me. They told me after 30 days there no return policy it best not to buy from dell.
