I am very unhappy with my Dell experience today.I had a question about a promotional code I received today that had already expired.

My coupon was for 15% my next purchase for purchasing a dell laptop. I waited 45 minutes to speak with Frederick (supervisor) on the Dell chat when he suddenly ended our session without answering my question. I then called the Dell phone number to wait an additional 30 minutes on hold to speak to a representative who informed me the systems were down and they couldn't help me.

I attempted the Dell chat site once again to speak to Katherine who was very nice but informed me my coupon expired on April 30th before i even owned my laptop.I am very unhappy and have wasted a lot of time trying to solve this issue with no success.
