Bought and exchanged this product on 4 different occasions - Customer Service was scripted and received an immediate NO we can't help you because out of warranty (just a little past a year). Same product, multiple issues and no desire from Dell to help unless it was at our cost.

1)December 16, 2016 – purchased an Inspiron 20 3000 Series Touch Screen. This machine went to Black Screen – store took back.

2)On December 12, 2017 – exchanged for a replacement machine – approval of the General Manager of store

3)October 18, 2016 – purchased an Inspiron 20 3000 Series Touch Screen from store. This machine would not turn on/off.

4)April 12, 2017 - purchased an Inspiron 20 3000 Series Touch Screen from store. This machine would not charge – replaced power adapter and still would not charge.

5)On May 5, 2018 – exchanged for a replacement machine – approval of the General Manager of store.

Now this machine wont work!
