I bought a Dell Inspiron 3847 in October 2015 for more than $2500. It worked for two months, then did not. I emailed tech support with no response. I called, was placed on hold for 27 minutes, then went through the diagnostic process for 67 minutes. It was determined that I needed a new hard drive, but the tech said that I had to call another number for that. Why not just replace it, or at least transfer me. The new number requires me to...
