My husband bought me a Dell Inspiron 5720 17R Notebook 11/2/12. Hard drive had to be replaced 2 times in 3 days.

Still was bad. After multiple calls, they decided they would send me another Dell Inspiron 5720 17R Notebook. Received that 12/11/12. It freezes, crashes, etc.

Am forever on the phone w/Dell. Here it is 2 months later and I can't use this thing for school because it's a piece of ***. We had bought extended warranties, etc. Worthless.

I just want a working laptop for school.

Dell makes crappy computers and doesn't back up their products. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
