I have had 2 Dell laptops in the past 6 years. The last one would have been 2 years old next week.

The first one had a battery that wouldn't hold a charge, even replacing the battery didn't help. The last one, who knows, even the comp tech couldn't figure it out. Dell doesn't appear to be very helpful at all and sometimes there is a language barrier so it's difficult to explain the problem and even more so to understand the possible solution. Also the ink for this Dell model is very difficult to find in stores so has to be ordered online.

I will never buy another Dell. BEWARE!!!!!
