Fedex - 3 days of my life wasted

This is my 3rd day bound to my house waiting because the driver is to lazy to knock! They just throw a sticker on my door and run off. They expect a signature to abandon my package... a Dell computer worth over $1,000..... I'm not doing that. Customer service is useless. Wtf

Joy Systems - Non functioning Dell laptop right out of the box

I am unable to contact joy systems regarding a return issue.....the recording just keeps repeating for me to leave a message and " a representative will contact me shortly".....cannot speak to a live person.
