I sent my laptop, which was still under warranty, to Dell for repairs. They replaced the screen and claimed that it was not covered by the warranty so they charged me $269.00. Then they sent my laptop to the wrong address and I never received it. I went back and forth with several individuals in their customer service department. Dont buy dell. Worst company with night mare customer support. Waste of time and money. Full of liars at support center. Horrible. Going to report FTC gov and BBB to complaint issue. Never ever buy any dell products and save your time + money for some better products.
