Dell technician broke my computer.

A Dell technician took control of my computer to program in a driver for a docking station and left it totally broke down. This computer was in perfect operating condition with no problems. Then the Dell technician said take it some where a pay to get it fixed. I told Dell they need to fix it, replace it, or pay me for it because they broke it and they said no. There are laws in this country about breaking some ones property and then running away. I can't get a way with it so why should Dell. The lawsuit is filed and the papers are on the way to be served to Dell. I just don't see how this is good for Dell's name or good for business.

DELL Latitude Laptop

Hmm.. I think I must write this review. I make a lot of bad comments about services on websites. But, this is really different one! I am just too impressed with the DELL support! Seriously this is the best service I ever receive. I have bought a new DELL Laptop last few months. And well, I got the motherboard blown and will not boot up at all - I think I put in a problematic part to the USB port and caused the motherboards to short. I called DELL up and receive a brand new motherboard replacement without question asked on second day and it is done in less and 20minutes! It really make me "wow" on the support. And I tell everyone that I will buy my next laptop from DELL again. I always stick to ASUS before this no matter how my laptop goes bad new/old but after this experience, I decided that I need to buy DELL :)

Dell support is worst ever. They Lost my lasptop n not responding to issue now

Dont buy dell. Worst company with night mare customer support. Waste of time and money. Full of liars at support center. Horrible. Going to report FTC gov and BBB to complaint issue. Never ever buy any dell products and save your time + money for some better products. I have waited 15 days for a repair on new laptop and have not received my laptop yet,,,, The shocking part of this they lost my laptop and keep giving excuses they are working to trace my laptop. CS is horrible, product is horrible then why go with dell go for product n brand with piece of mind n dump dell forever.
