I tried to buy this holiday sale deal, but it would not put the correct price in my shopping cart.

I contacted dell, they said it had expired, but the sale had only started within the minute I added it to the cart. I had them on the phone within 17 minutes explaining the situation.

They would not honor the sale price.

Is this Bait and switch?

Wanted me to pay an extra $70

They then told me they would call me back within 30 minutes to work this problem out. I never heard back from them.

I've had Dell computers in the past, but will no longer be a Dell customer.

This reviewer shared experience about pricing issue and wants this business to issue a partial refund as the author lost $109. The author is overall dissatisfied with Dell and uploaded a picture. The most disappointing about dell laptop from Dell was customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
