DELL -No parts available - service contract a waste

Bought a DELL XPS - top of of line 3 years ago along with 4 year service contract.DELL cannot provide part.
Service tech came 3 times - sent box with 2 screws in it no part.Both tech and I called for over tree hours - transfered, on hold,disconnected etc. All very polite but useless.
DELL has no corporate phone listings to even call.All numbers bring you back again to general DELL number.Guess that is how DELL screws its customers - poor product,expensive 4 year at home service, and no parts to service.Maybe the next box will have 3 screws.
