To Whom It May Concern,

I bought a DELL desktop and have had nothing but issues with it. So I've called the help desk and sofar spent 20+ hours (!) on the phone with various "Johns" and "Marys" from India.

Sofar the service technician has been out 5 times and changed hard drives 3 times and motherboard once (!). The computer keeps breaking and I keep calling. Dell is obviously waiting for the 1 year to be up so they don't have to deal with me anymore. I really feel like throwing this POS in the trash.

The technician suggested after the 4th time, that I post on every site available to force Dell to reimburse me for this POS. However, I can't trust Dell or their equipment at all so we'll see what happens.

I complained to the BBB but Dell just keep lying and avoiding the issue - I asked them if having the computer repaired over and over is "normal" but they were just babbeling a bunch of BS.
