I received a Dell printer without the correct electrical cord.I can't get past the customer service which I assume is in India somewhere.

I keep having to go back and forth with customer service who do not even read my e-mails. I get more upset with every response, which has nothing to do with my original request. I expect them to at least read my e-mails to customer service and write a reply that is related to my request for service.

I think I have the right to get a printer that includes an electrical cord so it will operate.Is this too much to ask?

Monetary Loss: $300.
