I purchased a printer and it began jamming three months later, Dell sent a new one and I returned to old one. Well now the new one is jamming and they will not do anything to help.

The model of the printer is a V515W. Now they refuse to accept a return of the printer or the new cartridges that I have recently purchased. I have been on the phone with them for over 30 minutes in an attempt to solve the problem.

The customer service representatives are not in the United States and therefore there is a communication problem. They refuse to transfer you to an agent in the United States.
