I purchased a Dell Inspiron 530s Pentium Dual Core Processor.The sales rep said that it would work with my lexmark printer and of course it does not work well.

She neglected to tell me that I would need a easy transfer cable at the price of $40.00 to transfer all my data etc from the old computer to the new one. When I called Tech Support for help I of course ended up in India and I could not understand a word, asked to speak to someone that spoke english and was told I had to pay for that. What a rip off to just make money. I do not like this Vista and wanted to return it and was told I was stuck with and get use to the modern computer.

I had XP and loved it but could not have it installed on the new computer she said it would work the same as XP well it does not and now I have a printer that will not work right on top of all the rest of the mess.

I will never purchase a dell again.No help should be the Motto of the company.
