Dell support refuses to provide support claiming I am not an ownner
I have purchased a Dell inspiron on 09/01/13 in a computer shop with installed windows 7.
After 2.5 month all USB (USB 3) stopped working
I entered Dell support and the representative requested some irrelevant information about shipping , company name etc,while I am a person & bought this garbage in a computer shop with installed win7. The representative wrote me that I can not prove that I am an registered owner so they will not give me a service. It seems that most of Dell's laptops are being stolen, not sold!
Why they are so concerned about ownership? Why not to provide service per product? I have no idea which misspelling or translation may cause such a mismatch,
but it appeared to be very convenient for them!
