Dell Poor Customer Service?

On August 14, 2015, I made my third purchase Dell XPS 8700. What a disappointment to make purchases with Dell in 2015 and even more disappointing with after-sales service. Let me explain: 1. 2015-08-14 Purchase the XPS 8700 on the site with choice of French Windows (Windows OS French) but the OS is English 2. Receiving 2015-08-19 XPS 8700 3. 2015-08-25 I was obliged to call because my warranty was not on my Dell account 4. 2015-09-21 I phoned for a quote on the guarantee and Premier support, as of today I have not received anything 5. 2015-09-26 I wrote a comment on this information, I received confirmation of receipt of my comment: Thank you for Contacting Dell Customer Support. Your request has been received and successfully processed Normally Will Be Within 2-4 business days. We will make every attempt to process your request to your satisfaction. Thank you for choosing Dell. 6. As of today no follow-up by your company and this is disappointing after three purchases from Dell. I notice that after making my last purchase that the customer service is inadequate and be left alone client itself. I believe that my next purchase will certainly not Dell and company.

Dell Break my laptop screen and want me to pay for that

I sent my Dell XPS 15Z laptop to repair memory issue at Dell repair depot Mississuaga , but they refused to repair and said that my laptop screen is broken which is very surprise to me as when I sent the laptop , screen was completely fine . They refused to fix the current issue and cancel my warranty and asked me to pay 400$ to repair the screen which is very pathetic. Thy break the screen and blame me that i did it. I don't know what to do now.Please help Dell service is now very very poor. Why should I pay which I never did.

Dell - Warranty Review from Port Washington, New York

Purchased a dell in sept 2013 which system crashed in May 2014. After numerous calls they finally agreed to replace the computer. In June 2014 I got a New computer from dell under the warranty. Today march 14 2015 it crashed . Won't boot up. After 3 hrs talking to idiots who just recite word for word the log that they have these monkeys read. Would you believe that the brand new one is not covered under a new warranty but it's pro rated from the original. It is so clear that dell does not stand behind the products. Customer service is basically non existent. Never ever getting a dell again!!!!

Dell - Dead pixels

I called while my XPS 15Z was still under warranty. I told them something was wrong with the screen. It was getting a line on it. They told me I caused it and there was nothing they could do. Nothing had touched the screen, I knew I hadn't caused it. 6 months has gone by and I now have two large black areas and several lines running the length of the screen. I was told by someone other than dell that it has dead pixels. How do I fix this? The computer was only 4 months old when I tried to get help.
