I recently purchased a Sharp 42 1080P LCD T.V. from the Dell Online store.
Once I received it, I hooked it up and tried to enjoy my new, and expensive purchase. Right out of the box the LCD screen blacks out, there is still audio, but no picture. I called Dell and I was transferred literally five times then disconnected. I tried again, same thing.
Finally, a rep. told me to call Sharp since they manufactured it. They told me that if I want my brand new out of the box tv replaced, that I should call DELL. Dell can't help me, Sharp can't help me.
Dell sure didn't mind taking my $1,300. But when it comes to backing up a product that they sell, sorry sucker you got screwed.
