Dell worst customer service ever
I purchased a Dell Studio notebook 7 months ago. In the past six weeks the computer has stopped charging...says it is "plugged in not charging."
Dell has replaced the battery once, the mother board twice and it still has problems. I was promised a replacement but now Dell says they won't replace it. Instead they recommended I purchase an extended warranty. What? So then I can spend more hours on the phone with them, hearing promises they won't make good on.
Two managers have promised to follow up. They never call back. Just more lies. They have the worst customer service ever.
