Ordered received Dell Studio XPS 1640 laptop 5/25/2009.
Found out could not update BIOS
2 chat service sessions, no resolution
onsite service call, replaced system board, same problem. Plus now wireless didn't work
2nd onsite service call, another system board replace, fixed disconnected wireless antenna from first service call, problem still not resolved
They shipped a "new" laptop, turned out to be a refurb. Now, this unit seems to work, but why did I spend full new laptop price for a refurb unit? These usually sell for a discounted price.
Dell Customer Service/Support (in India) is atrocious!
