Dell Replacement battery

Ordered a laptop and a replacement battery from Dell. Now anyone would know that you would only use the replacement when the other battery becomes dead. Several months later I went to use the replacement battery only to find that it was the wrong type. Called Dell and they said they can't do anything about it as they only have a 21 day replacement policy. DUH.... I have spent thousands of dollars for different products from Dell and their customer sevice is terrible. I will never order from Dell again. Anyone want to buiy my useless battery 1274c? let me know.

We bought a lemon from Dell

We bought a dell computer in October. The trackpad was broken and the curser jumped around. After spending 10 hrs on the phone trying to get it fixed through tech support ( who refused to connect me to a supervisor) they sent someone out. He left and it was still not working. After another 1hr phone call with tech support they fixed it but broke our wireless card. I have not been able to use it for my business which I run from home. This problem has cost me several 100's of dollars in time and lost business. This computer is a nightmare. I wil NEVER buy anything from Dell again

Dell Printer V715w

I purchased a new Dell Inspiron Laptop and my Dell V715w printer in January 2011. My computer has been working OK but the printer has never worked properly since I got it. It works fine just after you install the software and wireless connection. However, a week or so later, it stops working again. Then I am back on the phone working my way up all their levels of support and after 4-6 hours of my time, it is back up and working again. And of course the Technician gives himself a crown and tells me how wonderful and talented he is. I have sapoken with all the geniues from all over the world (except in the U.S.) with the same outcome. After months of dealing with these people I am fed up. Nobody really cares about fixing the problem, they just want to get it working for the moment. I have paid all the extra fees to insure full support and was even transferred to a group called (IYOGI) to purchase their support expertise. I was told that they handled all of Dell's support and picked up the customers that Dell couldn't help. Of course this came with its own level of BS and Costs with the same results. All along I was assured it the problem wasn't fixed on a permanent basis, I could return the printer for a full refund. Now six months into this torture, the story has changed and I only had 21 days for any turn. What a joke. It was all a delay tacktic leading up to "your screwed". If Dell won't let us deal with people in the U.S. and has no intention of standing behind their products, then "Screw them". I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DELL PRODUCT. And I would suggest that anybody who reads this either send there products back ASAP or not buy them in the first place.

Dell Sucks!!!

Tried to order my sister a custom laptop a year ago for xmas, and never received it and still a financial battle. They want me to pay for something I never got. Customer service are rude as ***, they did not care that I did not get the laptop, they want me to still pay for it. I never signed for it, they never came to drop the *** thing off, it was never in my presence. I hate you Dell!!!! *** Off and never do business with Dell. I tell everyone I know not to use Dell... What a horrible experience I am still having with these horrible people.
