I purchased a dell laptop about 2 years ago. It hasn't worked right since the day i got it.

I've called Dell 20+ times and the problem is still not corrected. They would always tell me someone would call me back and then they never did. You can't understand the people because they are all from India. Its still under warranty so they sent me a new hard drive and told me I had to put it in myself...If its still under warranty why am I fixing it myself?

Not only that but they are rude!

I know what you went threw. I was told that if they are not custom made for you, you will get a crappy computer. We returned our Dell to Sam's Club and bought a HP computer.
