Every time I have to call customer service Horrendous customer service same problem exists when I have to enter again. It takes Dell somewhere between 2 to 4 hours to fix then it does not get fixed.

I do not know what to say. I have run out of all the energy just with a Dell laptop They ask you the same questions 3 to 4 times over and over again The first day I turned it on it did not work and they sold me an extended warranty on the spot.

I am just surprised. I am not computer savvy, but I have used computers since 1976
