In November 17, 2017 I purchased a Dell Inspiron 14 3000 Series. What a mistake that was!
I had problems from the start and the computer was sent in for repair twice. Several times their technitions have taken over my computer and tried to make changes but again I had problems. I realize that this was a cheap computer and as they say "for cheap you get cheap", but I am only using this computer to read my e-mails and watch you tube videos and was told by their techs that even though the computer has a memory card instead of a hard drive it should work just fine. I still have the same problems plus additional ones.
After all this distress I asked for a refund which was denied. I am purchasing a different computer (NOT A DELL).
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $125.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
