Dell in Boston, Massachusetts - Terrible service!
I had a problem with my computer on the 6th of October. After more than a month with endless calls to get it fixed, Dell told me that they were sending me a computer compatible with the one I had. Finally I received a bigger, heavier, overall worse computer than what I had originally gotten.I am extremely disappointed with the service Dell has provided... if I had a chance to go back I would definitely not buy a Dell computer again... I really don't understand how a company can have this amount of disregard for it's clients. Don't buy it!

Dell Doesn't Deliver on Promises
Dell has ruined my twin granddaughters 10th birthday. Ordered 2 computers on 8/24 with anticipated 9/8 delivery date. One computer arrived on 9/6 and the second is on terminal backorder. Meanwhile they have collected the monies for both! My daughter's entire household are MACs and now I know why. It would be nice if customer care/service understood why they are called that. Perhaps they should rename themselves to Dell Care! Do Not Purchase Dell Computers.
Dell in Boston, Massachusetts - XPS 720 - Do They Ever Work??
My new $4200 dell computer does not work. I have spent countless hours with Dell trying to resolve the problems. Each time you call them you speak to a different person who has a different idea. I have reinstalled twice which means i have lost all my data twice, not counting the time when they replaced the hard drive which did nothing. Dell will not replace the sytem under any circumstance it seems nor will they give any timetable for replacing the further hardware.Now they do not return my attempts at contacting them. I paid extra for what i thought was a 2year at-home warrenty which i now is totally flawed.
