The worst product/customer service experience I've had since the front wheel fell off my Fiat. Laptop is 9 months old.

It worked properly for 6. I've spent the remaining 3 months haggling on the phone, continually downloading the same operating program, being told to "be quiet and do what I tell you to do" by a clueless Indian customer "service" agent, doing the same "diagnostics over & over, sending it in for repairs twice only to have it returned in worse condition both times. Just received a "refurbished" replacement which started crackling like a Geiger counter the first time I turned it on.

Does anyone bother to check their work before shipping it? I get the sense that they just try to grind you down until you give up and walk away.

Did you not contact Dell regarding it? After all its a new order right? Does not seem to be a good order experience!

Overall Dell is know to have a good customer service by off late things have been changing and a lot of negativity is surrounding their customer service and order experience that they provide
