Very bad experience By phone . I ordered a laptop at sale price as a christmas present for my gradaughter.

I provided all info including credit card info. Did not get email cinfirmation after 1/2 hour called company ,after being switched to multiple people with English as a second language I was informed I missed the sale price. and they wanted to charge $50 dollars or more for the same computer . They never indicated that my order was not going to be filled until I called to inquire at not recieving an email.

I spent more than 45 minutes being bounced around between customer service and sales.

Will never buy another Dell product! I have complained on facebook and will continue to complain about this terrible experience BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM DELL AND EXPECT ORDER TO BE FILLED

Preferred solution: to never buy dell products and inform everyone I know and social media about bad business practice at dell.

I didn't like: Lying cheating advertising.
