Dell is not a very nice company. there customer service dept.

reeks with personality problems most of the reps. i spoke with were pmssssing or had bad nite, there disrepectful,arrogant and just plain *** nasty. i placed a simple order that maybe that 6 month old could place with simple directions where to ship to and whom. then did not want return my money with a resonable.

what the *** does such a huge company need my 17.98 could possibly mean to them that they hold my money for 30 days? if that's the case, then i want it back with interest!!!!
