Dell - Six months of no computer while fully covered under warranty.

In December of 2018 my Dell computer went haywire. Not to worry though as it was still covered by their all-inclusive warranty. Four site visits, two motherboards, three new operating systems, ad nauseum emails, remote attempts and 1524 apologies and they still think I should be patient for another site visit. Maybe if they were making progress, but no progress has been made for the entire six months. They view me as a guinea pig who produces teachable moments for their beta test comedic repairs. THIS IS 2019. Today I requested a new computer - eight or nine new apologies and another request to be patient. What the *** have I been for the last six months?

Dell in Kendall-Palmetto Bay, Florida - ALIEN COMPUTER CAUGHT ON FIRE

Details
Alien laptop was plugged in, it smoked and caught on fire! Dell says there was liquid spilled on it, the liquid was acid from the battery. Dell is not replacing this expensive computer. I have a small business and have over 12 dell computers and it makes me think they do not stand behind their products. I am out over $2,000 now. It was also sent to Dell 4 weeks after I had it, black screened and a few months later. I also know another person the same thing happened, their Alien caught on fire!
