Dell - Customer service???
I just had yet another frustrating experience with dell. I don’t know where it is acceptable in any company to be hung up on by 2 different reps. Also when you want to send a formal letter of complaint there isn’t any email that you can write. I am finally done with this company and I am going to share this with everyone I know. —

Dell - Always have someone that can NOT understand
Dell customer service is not that good. You always get someone here you cannot understand. They cannot understand you. Especially when you have speech impairment. Why do you only get someone from another country that Do NOT speaks the same language as you??
