Dell advertises DROPBOX. A place to drop photos. Dell is to great to advertise such a company that won't give free trials but advertises they will. Point phone at your computer and wait. LOL. I just had yet another frustrating experience with dell. I don’t know where it is acceptable in any company to be hung up on by 2 different reps.
