My laptop had a one year warranty. I had to have a computer tech over to fix the same problem three times. The third time they said why dont we give you an out of box laptop because we have already paid to much in repairs.
The little Indian POS said out of box means floor unit or returned immediately to store.
Turns out It was a refurbished computer that had serious problems. They then told me they wanted my old computer back. I sent in the computer instead. All *** broke lose. Long story short it took 16 hour an of phone calls to clear the situation.
Dont ever trust the little pieces of &&&& tech guys over phone. They play dumb. They act like they dont understand English. I had to resort to dirty tactics
