I purchase a Dell laptop about 4 months ago and the video started going blank. I took it back where I purchased it and 5 weeks later NOTHING!

I went on a chat session with Dell and was told they would investigate and get back to me. That did not happen. I consider this situation as being both inferior product and inferior customer support. This is not only DELL as many other companies which beg you to purchase their product(s) tell you to F.O.

when a problem arises.

No more DELL products for me. My advice is to get everything in writing and if they refuse move on.
