I bought a Dell Computer about 10 years ago . Several years ago it crashed and I called Dell and was not satisfied with the customer service I got direct from India.

Just recently I hooked it back up and decided to try to get some tech help again. To my surprise I connected with a very knowledgable tech who told me although my computer was very outdated he could help me.He talked me through rebooting everything on the computer and reinstalling all the software. He stayed on the phone with me for over 2 hours and my old computer is working great! He suggested I get some more memory for it but I was totally satisfied with his service and made sure I got his direct line and e-mail for any future problems.

Sometimes you get good help and other times it may be bad .Just keep trying.
