I had a 12 month lease for the Office 365 product. I decided not to renew because of other issues.

The only option I had was to cancel the day I submitted the request. Dell cheated me out of one month of the lease. I paid for 0ne years lease. But, Dell took it away.

Why would a company do that? They acted like a spoiled kids. Dell needed to honor the original lease. Or, send me a refund.

I had problems with internal speakers. Dell asked me to send the computer back to Dell. I didn't like the terms. I just plugged in external speakers.

Five month later, Dell told me the computer didn't come with speakers. I was having problems with Windows 10. I found a possible fix on the Dell support app. I could not download.

Dell told me I must have been on a private site. They don't know their product.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

I didn't like: Cancelling my lease that i paid for.

Cancelling anything is one of the few pleasures left in this century.

I've always enjoyed walking away from things that irritate me.

Be polite, truthful and firm.

You have not been satisfied.

I've dumped a veritable rogues' gallery of poor suppliers over the years.

At one time, it was even my job.
