I have tried 4 times to extend my warranty period with dell and 4 times put on hold for over 20 minutes each time to then have the call drop out..I have had dell products forever and this is how you treat customers.

blah blah blah blah blah blah ba ba ba ba ba blah blah blah blah blah blah ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ab blck sheep have you any wool, yes sir yes sir three bags full..one for the master and one for the dame

shame on you dell

Monetary Loss: $3000.
